We spent a wonderful 10 days in Wiltshire from 27th December 2017 – 6th January 2018. Louise wanted to see her family in the UK for New Year and we needed somewhere accessible to stay. Luckily an internet search came up with the purpose-built accessible calfshed in Sutton Mandeville. And it really is that – an original Wiltshire calfshed rebuilt into an extremely comfortable holiday home. We even had 16 people here once in the daytime. You can find out more about the calfshed on its own website.

Fantastic post! I have linked to both the your England posts on the England page http://wheelchairworld.org/united-kingdom/england-except-london/ of wheelchairworld.org so that other wheelchair using travellers interested in this destination can read your experiences.

Hi Susie
That’s great – thanks! We’ve just registered on the site – good to know about it!
News about the calfshed definitely deserves to be shared in the UK. We were only 10 days in the UK this trip but will add some more reviews. We’re back after a break!
